I founded Leverage Experts (LE) in Zurich. Today LE operates in Zurich, Frankfurt, Dubai, and Nairobi, guiding boards and investors through moments when the room turns quiet and decisions can no longer be postponed. Alongside practice, I lecture on FDI and corporate transformation, bridging academic research with scars from the field.

My concept of Situations of Rapid Change (SRC) captures these moments - when transformation accelerates faster than an organization can adapt.
